The Associate Director will bring strategic vision, focus and innovation to enable future growth in a competitive market.</p><p>The Associate Director is mainly responsible for dealing with prospective student enrolments through international student recruitment from Agents in Latin America.</p><p>Dealing with student recruitment is expected once general inquiries or initial applications are made via Agents. As such, they are responsible for finding ways to explore new markets and bring in revenue, and/or develop new revenue streams.</p><p>The Associate Director primarily engages in sales and marketing activities and should have a solid understanding of industry trends, to inform upon strategic planning and forecasting. They must be able to prioritize the opportunities that are the most likely to generate a profit.
