About the Role As a Business Analyst – Consulting Manager – Banking and Financial Services, you will enable data-driven and technology-led transformation by translating complex business needs into actionable requirements. You will partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions focused on risk, compliance, and AI-driven initiatives. In this Role, You Will · Gather and document business and functional requirements using BRDs, FRDs, and user stories. · Collaborate with stakeholders across risk, compliance, and enterprise programs. · Translate business needs into structured and actionable requirements. · Support Agile delivery including backlog grooming and sprint planning. · Drive process engineering improvements and optimization initiatives. · Support AI and model documentation for GenAI platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and OpenAI Codex. · Contribute to enterprise initiatives including risk-based provisioning and modernization efforts. · Ensure alignment, traceability, and delivery success across teams. Work Model This is a remote position open to candidates based in Teaneck, NJ, or Charlotte, NC. Work expectations may vary slightly based on project needs. What You Must Have to Be Considered · Proven experience as a Business Analyst in consulting or enterprise environments. · Strong expertise in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD creation, and Agile delivery. · Experience with AI-enabled developer platforms such as GitHub Copilot or Codex · Experience in risk, compliance, or security-related initiatives. · Experience with process engineering and business optimization. · Familiarity with AI/GenAI concepts and documentation standards. · Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Compensation (Pay Transparency) Base salary range $110,000 – $129,500 annually, depending on experience, skills, and location.
