About the Position As a Business Development Associate, you'll identify and connect with broker accounts, sparking interest in our specialized services and driving new submissions that align with our underwriting goals. This is a results-driven role where every call, email, and conversation contributes to growing our portfolio. What You’ll Do We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Associate to join our team, responsibilities include • Outreach & Engagement Perform outbound sales through cold calls, lead follow-ups, and email campaigns. • Drive Submissions Qualify opportunities with brokers based on underwriting strategies. • Relationship Building Represent NIP Group with professionalism in every interaction, creating open and lasting dialogue. • Data Mastery Log activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate records from lead generation efforts. • Exceed Goals Consistently achieve monthly submission and binding targets. • Collaborate & Innovate Support broader marketing and sales initiatives to enhance company impact. What We’re Looking For • Education High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. • Experience Exposure to corporate settings (internships or work experience), Salesforce/CRM familiarity, and a background in insurance or financial products is a plus. • Skills • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. • Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills. • Confidence and assertiveness in conversations with clients. • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
