Job Summary As a Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representative, you'll work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Using empathy and excellent communication skills to help patients and their families understand complex medical bills and resolve account balances. * Providing outstanding customer service, collaborating with patients over the phone to create affordable payment plans and taking payments by phone. * Accurately documenting all calls and follow-ups in our software systems, utilizing your computer proficiency, organization, and attention to detail. * Supporting your fellow team members with consistent attendance, excellent work ethic, and a caring team focus. * Continuously improving, with supportive coaching and feedback from your manager and team leads, and ongoing training.
