<p>Are you a travel enthusiast with a passion for merchandising? Look no further! H-E-B is seeking a full-time Travel Reset Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to travel to different H-E-B locations and ensure that our products are properly displayed and stocked. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. If you have experience in merchandising and a love for exploring new places, we want to hear from you! Plan and execute travel to various H-E-B locations to reset and merchandise products in accordance with company standards. Ensure all products are properly displayed and stocked on shelves, end caps, and displays. Conduct regular store visits and collaborate with store managers to identify and address any merchandising issues or opportunities. Maintain accurate inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or out-of-stock products to the appropriate team members. Utilize planograms and schematics to accurately set up product displays and ensure consistency across locations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including store operations, procurement, and marketing, to ensure product placement and promotion aligns with company initiatives. Monitor sales trends and customer feedback to make recommendations for product placement and displays. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety guidelines while traveling and setting up displays. Train and mentor new merchandisers on company standards and procedures.
