Credit Karma is looking for a General Manager for the Home vertical.  This dynamic leader will be the business owner for Home and will be creating strategies and driving initiatives to grow the business. We are looking for someone with a deep affinity for consumer products and an expertise in the mortgage industry. Key cross-functional resources for this position include Business Development, Product Development, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics.  In this critical role,  you will oversee and lead the Home team’s journey towards making Credit Karma the digital one-stop shop for our members to make financial decisions about their home mortgage. This cross-functional leadership role requires high EQ and partnership across all Credit Karma functions, as well as leveraging and investing in the relationships with other Intuit companies where we have the opportunity to be better together. 

What you'll do:

  • Leverage deep industry connections and knowledge to help differentiate Credit Karma’s Home offering and make Credit Karma Home a top brand in the mortgage and real estate space
  • Create long and short term vision & strategy to grow the business and ensure they are aligned with the Executive team and overall company goals
  • Drive execution and results based on multiple factors including partner expectations, member perception, resources, market conditions, other company priorities, etc.
  • As the General Manager for an Intuit business unit, you will also leverage your experience at multi-tiered or subsidiary-structured organizations in order to partner successfully with stakeholders across Intuit
  • Manage and develop a high performing cross functional organization that is aligned with the goals of the business
  • Achieve P&L objectives and ensure the necessary resources are in place to achieve goals
  • Be a spokesperson and evangelist for the Home Team within and outside of Credit Karma

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience, with 5+ years in the Mortgage industry
  • Proven success managing high performing cross functional teams and business units

CA Pay Transparency Notice:

That’s why we implemented role-based compensation, which ensures people who are in the same role receive the same pay with variations for geographic location only. It’s all part of a more comprehensive DEI strategy that helps level the playing field. The CA base salary range for this role is $325,000- $355,000, plus equity and benefits.
