This role is responsible for converting customer excitement into fiber internet subscriptions and plays a key part in bridging the digital divide in underserved communities. Success in this position requires exceptional communication skills, sales savvy, and genuine enthusiasm for technology, along with the ability to thrive in our dynamic, high-energy sales environment. Responsibilities • Convert inbound inquiries into fiber subscriptions with your consultative approach • Make outbound calls to newly serviceable addresses with can't-miss offers • Become a neighborhood expert - know our service areas like your own backyard • Position Cityside Fiber as the undisputed best choice against competitors • Handle customer care inquiries with your signature white-glove service • Master our CRM system to track leads and document customer interactions • Work prime sales hours (9AM-6PM) with flexibility for high-opportunity weekends • Contribute to a culture of trust, integrity, and collaboration • Understand and uphold Cityside Fiber’s core purpose and values and be passionate about what we do.
