This includes participating in the client-facing engagements, creating essential deliverables such as business capability models, personas, journey maps and value streams.</p> <p><br></p> <p>With previous  experience in business architecture or related fields, exposure to corporate or public sector environments, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and practical experience in business process mapping and documentation, the Junior Business Architect  will also contribute to the Charter BA Practice development and Charter’s work with clients that is aimed to bridge the gap between technology and business at a foundational level.</p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Responsibilities:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Conduct customer and industry research and ensure information remains accurate and relevant</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Develop key business architecture artifacts such as stakeholder maps, personas, journey maps, and process models</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Support and document stakeholder workshops and interviews</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Present clear, concise recommendations and solutions focused on key messages</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Coordinate customer engagements with project teams, Account Managers, and other practices</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Maintain accurate project documentation, customer data, and the BA repository</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Contribute to business development, sales insights, and overall practice growth</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Build and enhance business capability models aligned with maturity frameworks and long‑term roadmaps</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Create thought leadership content including case studies, blogs, and whitepapers while managing priorities effectively</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">Collaborate with delivery teams and architects, support capability development discussions, and participate in training and practice initiatives</span><br><br></li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Required Qualifications and Experience:</span></p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of proven experience in business architecture roles or previous experience in consulting, business analysis, process improvement, or IT-related roles</li> <li>Previous exposure to corporate or public environment</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li> <li>Hands-on experience mapping, analyzing, and documenting business processes using frameworks like BPM</li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt">TOGAF Architecture Certified or available to undertake a certification path to achieve in 6 -
