You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and prospective customers to understand complex business challenges and demonstrate how Argonos can transform fragmented data into actionable intelligence.</p><p class="MsoNormal">The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing architecture with technical teams, presenting business value to executives, and building compelling demonstrations tailored to customer environments.</p><p class="MsoNormal">As Argonos expands in North America, this role offers the opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy, customer engagement approaches, and technical positioning in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Customer Discovery & Technical Consultation</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Partner with Account Executives to understand customer business challenges, technical environments, and strategic priorities</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders ranging from engineers to executive leadership</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Translate complex customer requirements into tailored AI and data platform solutions</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Solution Demonstrations & Technical Storytelling</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Design and deliver compelling demonstrations showcasing Argonos capabilities and business value</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Build customized proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and technical presentations aligned with customer use cases</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Clearly communicate complex AI, data, and platform concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Technical Architecture & Solution Design</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Advise customers on deployment strategies, integrations, and architecture considerations</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Support discussions involving APIs, cloud environments, enterprise systems, and data ecosystems</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence future platform direction</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to refine technical messaging and improve customer outcomes</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Contribute to demo assets, technical documentation, and enablement materials</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Support strategic opportunities and help establish Argonos within the North American market</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>7+ years of experience in PreSales Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or related customer-facing technical roles</p></li><li><p>Experience selling and supporting enterprise software, AI platforms, analytics solutions, or data products – particularly big data technology such as Palantir Foundry, Databricks, Snowflake, Dataiku, or c3.ai</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Strong understanding of ontologies, APIs, cloud environments, enterprise architectures, and integrations</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
