Program Manager, College Partner Services

<h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We are searching for a <strong>Program Manager</strong> on our <strong>College Partner Services team</strong> that oversees operations related to our college partners, as QuestBridge seeks to connect high school students to undergraduate opportunities. Reporting to the Director, the Program Manager will will be a key player in furthering the QuestBridge mission. </span></h2> <h2 style="text-align: justify;"> </h2> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Participate in the planning and execution of the team’s work to maximize the impact of QuestBridge’s programs for high school students.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Provide operational support to college partners enabling their participation in QuestBridge programs. </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Develop communications and resources for college partners, ensuring messaging is presented in a clear and concise way.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Analyze partner data trends to better understand and facilitate student placements. </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Plan partner colleges’ participation in QuestBridge events, including collaborative meetings and conferences.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Track partner engagement and communication through Salesforce CRM.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Manage college partner participation in QuestBridge outreach and education efforts, such as our in-person and virtual conferences.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Play a significant role  efforts to evaluate and select students for various programs. </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Perform other administrative and miscellaneous tasks as needed.</span></li> </ul> <h2 style="text-align: justify;"> </h2> <h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of full-time professional experience.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Passion for and knowledge of issues in higher education, particularly highly selective college admissions and financial aid processes.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Process oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to understand and communicate complex processes in a straightforward way.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Ability to manage multiple programs while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Strong comfort with technology and data, with the ability to evaluate and improve current operations. </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Excellent written and oral communication skills, with superior writing and editing ability. </span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Heightened sensitivity to students from low-income backgrounds and a strong track record of handling sensitive personal information and situations.</span></li> </ul> <h2 style="text-align: justify;"> </h2> <h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">    Preferred</span></h2> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Experience with Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, IF statements, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions), Canva, Salesforce, Tableau and Slate.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Understanding of statistical analysis.</span></li> </ul> <h2 style="text-align: justify;"> </h2> <h2 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Qualities</strong></span></h2> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Strong work ethic, with intense drive to reach goals and contribute to the success of the organization.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Exceptional attention to detail, but able to maintain focus on the larger picture.
