[Remote] Automation Developer (UIPath Experience with Agentic AI Skills)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. As an Automation Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated processes using UIPath and advanced AI capabilities to enhance business operations, while collaborating with stakeholders to analyze requirements and drive process automation initiatives. Responsibilities • Design and Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UIPath, integrating agentic AI elements to enhance autonomy and intelligence in workflows. Ensure high-quality and scalable automation processes. • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, understanding current processes to identify automation and AI enhancement opportunities. • Process Mapping and Documentation: Document and map existing business processes to identify areas for automation and incorporate AI capabilities where feasible. Create detailed documentation for developed automated and AI-enhanced workflows. • Testing and Monitoring: Conduct testing on RPA solutions and agentic AI integrations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime. • Maintenance and Optimization: Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing RPA and AI solutions to ensure they continue to meet evolving business needs and leverage AI for process improvement. • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA and AI solutions with existing systems and infrastructure, ensuring seamless interaction and operation. • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and project teams on implemented automated and AI-enhanced solutions and help resolve related technical and AI-specific issues. • Innovation and Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest RPA and Agentic AI trends and technologies. Recommend best practices, innovative solutions, and AI strategies to improve processes and increase automation efficiency. Skills • Ten (10) to Fifteen (15) years of experience. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Ability to analyze business processes and identify improvement areas, incorporating AI for enhanced decision-making. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction, requirement gathering, and AI concept explanation. • UIPath certifications such as UIPath Advanced Developer Certification are a plus. • Must be a US citizen and have a Public Trust clearance or be able to attain a Public Trust clearance. • Experience in Agile and Scrum project management methodologies. • Knowledge of other RPA tools or frameworks and their AI capabilities. • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts to enhance RPA capabilities and incorporate autonomous decision-making features. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
