THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Menu and Operations Integration Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of menu development, ensuring flawless execution of new product & program rollouts enabling growth and unlocking menu innovation.

LOCATION

This position will be based in our Newport Beach, CA office 4 days per week (with work from home on Friday). Remote work is not available for this role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead cross-functional operational readiness to ensure resources are fully prepared for each new menu item or program rollout.
  • Partner closely with Marketing during promotional planning to ensure storytelling, timing, and operational execution remain fully aligned.
  • Work with Equipment Innovation team to evaluate new equipment requirements, conduct pilots, and determine scalability across the enterprise.
  • Develop and maintain standardized operational procedures for testing, launching, and scaling menu innovations, ensuring consistent execution across all markets.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end launch logistics, including forecasting operational impacts, coordinating equipment or process changes, and resolving execution issues during testing and national deployments.
  • Partner with Culinary, Supply Chain, and Operations Services to ensure all new ingredients, equipment, and processes align with Chipotle’s food integrity standards and restaurant operating model.
  • Coordinate with the Field Training team to develop integrated learning materials.
  • Successfully oversee and/or manage complex projects requiring cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure new products and platforms are designed to Chipotle Standards and enable a consistent customer experience.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, Training and Restaurant Operators to develop program scope, success criteria and timelines.
  • Attain qualitative and quantitative feedback throughout the test to hone operational processes & procedures.
  • Provide actionable insights and innovative solutions that balance operational and business needs.
  • Drive alignment and confidently present operational considerations, insights and recommendations to program teams, senior leadership and restaurant teams with clarity and ease.
  • Develop and coach direct report(s) into future leaders within the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Restaurant Operations.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships within the restaurant or food service industry.
  • Experience in project management preferred.
PAY TRANSPARENCY A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $133,000.00–$187,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
