This is an opportunity to be part of a caring, professional team that supports the hiring process from offer through onboarding and helps ensure a positive experience for candidates and office partners alike.</p> <h2>Primary Responsibilities</h2> <ol> <li> <p class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s3f3 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3e8">Operate as a shared service resource to all Talent Acquisition functions and manage administrative recruiting activities.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s3f3 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3e8">Manage logistics and materials for initial screens while supporting personnel file management, credentialing, and coordination.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s3f3 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3e8">Ensure employee information is obtained and maintained in accordance with federal and state requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s3f3 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3e8">Collect post-conditional documents and confirm completion of post-conditional documentation workflows.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s3f3 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3e8">Track candidates after conditional offer acceptance to ensure they are progressing appropriately through onboarding and are accounted for in partnership with recruiting partners.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s3f3 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3e8">Demonstrate strong performance in the key job dimensions and attributes outlined in the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s3f3 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3e8">Perform related duties as assigned or requested by leadership.</p> </li> </ol> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ol> <li> <p class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s3f3 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3e8">Support recruiting and onboarding activities for candidates and field employees.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s3f3 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3e8">Coordinate interviews, orientation communications, and onboarding milestones with awareness of HST, CST and cross-time-zone scheduling needs.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s3f3 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3e8">Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, office leaders, and support teams to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience for new hires.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s3f3 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3e8">Monitor candidate progress closely to help reduce delays in documentation, credentialing, and preboarding workflows for hires supporting Behavioral Health and Habilitation operations.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s3f3 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3e8">Maintain clear, responsive communication with candidates and internal partners to deliver a high-touch experience aligned with BAYADA’s service standards.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s3f3 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3e8">Help prioritize urgent hiring and onboarding needs across Behavioral Health and Habilitation offices while balancing volume, deadlines, and service expectations.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s3f3 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3e8">Support accurate reporting and follow-up on candidate and onboarding activity related to recruiting operations.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s3f3 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3e8">Contribute to a positive, organized, and solutions-oriented recruiting experience for candidates entering BAYADA’s Behavioral Health and Habilitation service offices.</p> </li> </ol> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li> <p class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s3f3 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3e8">Exemplifies the characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence, and reliability.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s3f3 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3e8">Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.</p> </li> <li> <p class="wnfdntf _1ibi0s3f3 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3e8">Minimum of one year of experience in administrative work;
