Operating as a true product-minded partner, the VP leads the Cloud Engineering, DevOps, and Platform teams in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Security to deliver an internal developer platform that accelerates the way product teams ship value. This leader champions a product- and agile-operating model, treating cloud and platform services as internal products with clear roadmaps, SLOs, and customer feedback loops. <li><span><span style="color: #003220;">Partner deeply with the Security, Privacy, and Compliance teams to ensure cloud and M365 environments meet HIPAA, HITRUST, and internal risk management, and secure-by-design architecture.</span></span></li> <li><span><span style="color: #003220;">Embed shift-left security and DevSecOps practices into the platform and CI/CD
